About us

Translators since 1997

The business was founded in 1997 by Margarida Gonçalves Novo, after a career as a tax consultant at KPMG and as a banking executive at ABN AMRO Bank and Banco Cisf de Investimento (now part of Millennium bcp).

We are dedicated to providing high-quality legal and financial translation services, with high technical accuracy and absolute confidentiality. To this end, we use only a select group of highly qualified professionals, strictly comply with agreed deadlines, charge transparent, market-based prices and neither subcontract work to third parties nor use machine translation servers or AI platforms.

Above all, we value our relationships with our clients, always working to meet their needs and add value to their production processes. We consider ourselves an integral part of our clients’ success, which is why we systematically adopt a positive and constructive attitude towards the work we are awarded – more than just translation, we pride ourselves on making a positive contribution, based on the academic training and experience of our translators, always keeping in mind the objectives and success of our clients.

Our client portfolio comprises essentially banks and financial institutions, law firms and large national and international companies. The vast majority of our client relationships have existed for more than 10 years and are based on an understanding of mutual trust and collaboration.

In terms of working languages, we offer technical translation services (legal and financial) from English and French to Portuguese and vice versa.
